How can I become a member?

You can create your account by signing up here. It’s quick, easy, and completely free!

Please make sure to create your account with an email address that is the same as the address that you use for the chosen payment method. This step is important!

Fill in your profile with as much information as possible to receive the surveys fit for you. Remember, you will be receiving surveys more often if your profile has more information.

What if I forget my password?

You can easily reset your password by following the next steps:

• Go to the login page
• Click “Forgot my password” underneath the login area
• Now, type in the email address you used for registering with the survey portal
• We will immediately send you an email containing a link for resetting your password
• Check your inbox
• Click the link in the email
• Set a new password

I just signed up - what should I do next?

Check your inbox for our verification email and click the link inside. Once you verify your email, your account will be fully active and you’ll be ready to start earning by completing surveys.

I didn’t receive the verification email. What should I do?

First, check your spam, junk, or promotions folders – emails sometimes land there. If you find it, mark it as “Not Spam” or move it to your Primary inbox to ensure you receive future updates.

Also, double-check that you registered with the correct email address. If you made a mistake, please sign up again with the right email address.

Can I earn money without verifying my email?

No. Email verification is required before you can log in and start earning.

What happens if I wait too long to verify my email?

Your verification link may expire if unused for too long. If that happens, please contact our support team at support@survimo.com. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Set-up after verification

What do I do after verifying my email?

Log in to your account. Once you’re in, you’ll be asked to update your profile. This is a quick setup that unlocks access to paid surveys.

What does “updating my profile” mean?

It means you need to fill in your gender and date of birth information.  As soon as that’s done, you’ll start seeing available surveys in your dashboard.

How can I change my password?

If you need to change your password, just contact our support team at support@survimo.com and we’ll help you reset it quickly and securely.

How can I end my membership?

We’re sorry to hear this! If you’d like to delete your account, please contact our support team at support@survimo.com, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Surveys

When will I see my first survey?

Surveys will appear in your dashboard after you update your profile. To make sure you don’t miss any, visit your dashboard every day.

Why don’t I see any surveys right now?

You won’t see any surveys until you update your profile. After that, new surveys can pop up at any time, so make sure to log in regularly and check your dashboard often.

It’s also important to answer surveys as honestly as possible. Your answers will determine whether you qualify for more surveys in the future.

What are bonus challenges, and how do they work?

Bonus challenges are small tasks, like completing 5 surveys or logging in every day, that help you earn even more. It’s a simple way to increase your daily earnings. You can see the full list of active bonuses by selecting “Bonuses” from the menu in your dashboard.

Why did this survey end before I could complete it?

Surveys can end early for different reasons, such as when enough responses have already been collected or if you didn’t fit the target group. This is normal and part of how online surveys work.

What does it mean to be disqualified from a survey?

Some surveys start with quick questions to check if you match the audience they need. If not, you’ll be screened out early. This can happen to everyone from time to time.

Do I get rewarded if a survey ends early?

Only fully completed surveys add money to your balance. If one ends before you finish, simply try another to keep earning.

How can I reduce the chances of being disqualified?

Answer honestly, stay consistent with your details, and log in often to find more opportunities. This gives you the best chance to qualify.

Payouts

How do I choose my payment method?

You can set your preferred payment method directly from your Rozigo dashboard. Simply log in, go to the “My Profile” section (found at the bottom left corner), and scroll down to view and select your payment option.

How do I get paid once I start earning?

You can withdraw your earnings through trusted payment providers like PayPal, Airtm, or Paysera, depending on what’s available in your country.
Just make sure to use the same email address on your payment account as the one you used to register with Survimo, so we can process your payout correctly.

How do I request a payout (withdraw my money)?

Your earnings are always visible in your profile. When you reach the minimum amount needed to get paid, it will be clearly shown on your dashboard. Then you can request a payout with just one click. The money will be sent to the payment provider you chose and usually arrives within 10 business days.

How much can I earn per survey?

It depends on the topic and length. Most surveys pay between $0.50 and $3. You’ll always see the payment amount before starting.

Why is my balance the same after completing the survey?

Sometimes rewards don’t show instantly due to technical reasons. Once we receive confirmation of your completed survey, your account will be updated automatically.

What should I do if I experience technical difficulties?

Sometimes a survey may not load properly or stop working due to technical issues. If this happens, just close it and return to your dashboard to pick another one. If you need any help, feel free to contact us at support@survimo.com.
